Hi there I am Tammy
I'm a Level 2 Reiki practitioner, and I love offering both distance and in-person healing sessions. I use crystals to connect with angels and guides, and I can even be a messenger between my clients and the spirit world if needed.
I have a real affinity for working with horses and other animals. I'm able to tap into their energy, identify blocks, and release any built-up tension, restoring balance, peace, and harmony. It's truly magical!
As a life coach and spiritual mentor, I'm passionate about helping people who are struggling with mental health issues or who are underprivileged. I believe in the power of healing and therapy to transform lives, and I'm committed to empowering my clients to awaken their own gifts and find clarity and confidence in their lives.

Working with animals is such a magical experience not only for the animal but also for the person. There is something so calming about connecting with our furry friends.
Hi there, I'm Tammy, the founder of 4 Winds Healing. I started this business because for most of my life, I struggled with playing the victim. Whenever things didn't go my way, I would blame others and refuse to take responsibility for my actions. But after some really difficult and trying experiences, I found myself in a vulnerable position and almost lost everything. It was then that I realized I needed to turn my life around. One of the biggest issues I was facing was with my health, and that's when I discovered reiki. I started to learn about this holistic healing practice and it completely changed my life. I felt empowered and in control of my own wellbeing for the first time. Through my journey with reiki, I realized that there were so many other people out there who could benefit from this amazing healing modality.
Not only do I work with humans, but I am also an animal communicator and healer. I absolutely love working with animals, especially horses. I know that incorporating healing with animals is such a powerful tool, and it's an area where I feel especially called to make a difference. Animals have their own unique energies and ways of communicating, and I feel privileged to be able to help them in their healing journeys.
